U.V. OFFSET INK SYSTEM

A.I.T. manufactures a wide variety of Ultra Violet curable products, the WET OFFSET series are one of the lines of inks we can vary to suit our customer's needs.
This ink system is currently being used for the manufacturing of poly board food containers, general folding carton and forms.

The inks are Pantone based for ease of matching both lightfast and non-lightfast colors are available, and to complement the series we carry PMS match gold's, silver and fluorescence.

Technical Information

• Excellent curing press speeds up to 1200 FPM
• Good adhesion to all paper and most synthetic stocks and metallic substaights
• Low misting, low emulsification.
• Minimum lamp requirements 400/WPI
