U.V. FLEXO 3000 SERIES
The 3000 series has been developed for overall performance. Suitable for board, paper and synthetic stocks.
It will provide high gloss and good water and chemical resistance properties.
The pantone matched base system will run at good density with as high as a 600 line anilox. The four color process set will provide good density and definition using 700 to 800 line.The curing of this product line is enhanced with a duel functional photoinitiator included in the formulas.
Viscosities are kept as low as possible to provide ease of handling and consistent flow in the tray or pumping system.The 3000 series works very well in combination printing when placed over or backed with U.V. Screen opaque white.
