TECHNICAL DATA OPEN SERIES WATERBASE INK SYSTEM
Formulated with less than 1% volatile organic compound, this ink system will provide the printer with press side longevity. Due to the nature of the ingredients we have achieved a very rewetable and stable series of inks. This open series ink system is manufactured in three separate systems O/S paper, O/S Concentrate, and O/S concentrate non lightfast. Anilox selection ranges between 200 line to 1200.

PRO. SET WATER BASE FOUR COLOR PROCESS INKS
This concentrated four-color process set of inks was developed for converters who dedicate equipment to high line process printing. These inks have been tested on various presses to ensure the integrity, quality and ease of use. These inks will rewet and stay open hour after hour, many operators running this system claim to have never added anything to the product or cleaned a plate during production over a period of days.
- Recommended anilox 800 to1000 line.
- Press speeds obtained 300 fpm.
- Provides good rub, tape and water resistance.
- Excellent color density.
- Runs very well on all paper and chemically treated synthetic stocks.
- This product has been tested running short tray as well being pumped.
All colors are provided as a Light fast concentrate.
