CORRUGATED INKS SYSTEMS
Advanced Ink Technology has developed a low cost press stable ink system for the corrugated box board industry. We have been working towards a Green initiative in the development of these products and are offering systems with a no filler policy. We have been working closely with our polymer suppliers to incorporate a totally organic polymer that not only lowers the cost of the inks but enhances its GREEN status.
We can offer all GCMI standards match on all anilox ranges as well as PMS and customs blends.

CORREGATED FOUR COLOR PROCESS SET
Technical Data
This four color process set is formulated to accommodate 700 line anilox with 3BCM. We manufacture each color with our green concept let down coating AWT-322B. Colors can be adjusted to suit any desired density as well adjusted for drying capabilities to provide ease of use on different styles of presses. We also offer a Low scuff over print coating if you choose to protect your product more securely.

In an effort to provide customers with an economical and greener alternative for ink consumables, Advanced
Ink Technology of Hamilton, Ont. has taken advantage of new technology in the manufacture of a natural
organic polymer.
Although the new ink, AWT-322B Letdown is not completely natural, Advanced Ink fairly claims that there is no
less than 35 per cent natural organic compound in the formula, though there is a concerted effort to continue in
its goal to produce a more environmentally-friendly product.
The new organic polymer not only lowers the costs of the inks, but enhances its green status., and will also offer
clean printability while providing a suitable backbone to keep the ink system stable.
The organic compound is designed to break down in land fill in approximately 10 days, and according to
Advanced Ink, will pose no issues in water reclamation processes.
Also, the recyclability of the finished corrugated, bag or board products will be enhanced by the natural organic
polymer.

We will state there is no less than 35% purely organic compound formulated in the letdown vehicle that will not only enhance its ability to print cleanly but also provides the suitable back bone to keep the ink system stable.
This ingredient will break down in land fill in approximately 10days, and will pose no issues for water reclamation processes.
The recyclability of finished corrugated, bag or board products will only be enhanced by the presents of this natural organic polymer.
